Pulane is a Clinical psychologist and Public health specialist with a Masters in clinical psychology and Master if public health acquired from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and Wits University respectively.
Dr Moeletsi qualified as a medical doctor in 2003 from the University of Cape Town. From 2010 Dr Moeletsi shifted efforts more towards occupational health and wellness, and obtained occupational health medicine qualifications from the University of Pretoria.
